- This comforter is made with white goose down and 100% Cotton of 330 TC Damask weave with Strip. Design: 14” True Baffle box design to keep the down in place for exceptional loft and warmness.
- All our down products have much higher standard than New American 2000, Japan and European standards. Our down suppliers test the product according to IDFB (International down and feather bureau) testing method.
- Down Processing: We wash our down & feathers 10 – 15 times to filter out the dusts and dirt that remains vs. 4-6 washing cycle industrial standard. Cleanliness: Oxygen number: 2.90; Turbidity: 930 mm; Residue: 0.2%. Fill power test: Average fill power based on 3 samples is 658. Fabrics: Down Proof and air permeability test under 4.0.
- Special treatment: Our suppliers apply specific agent and detergent imported from German for odor remover and anti-bacteria. In addition, we applied special agent to keep the PH value of down between 6.8 & 7.2. This is a very critical process to keep the down products to last for years.
