• To assure you have a good night sleep, all our down products have much higher standard than New American 2000, Japan and European standards. To control the quality of the down products, we require our supplier (the manufacture) to test the product according to IDFB (International down and feather bureau) testing method.
• Down Processing: We wash our down & feathers 10 – 15 times to filter out the dusts and dirt that remains vs. 4-6 washing cycle industrial standard. Cleanliness: Oxygen number: 3.20; Turbidity: 910 mm; Residue: 0.1%.
